First, we need to know the usage, writing or drawing? And the pencil length, quantity, package details, barrel surface and design pictures, etc..It's better if you can offer .

3.Quotation

According to your specific requirements and quantity, we'll quote for you in 24 hours.

4.Confirm the order,please

After you accept our offer, we shall send you the Sales Contract by fax or email. Please sign and return it. 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arranged, the balance to be paid before delivery.

5.Confirm the design

Our designer will work out the final artwork for you to confirm.

6.Confirm the sample

With the final artwork, we can start the sample making. It may take about 1 or 2 weeks.

7.Bulk production

When you confirmed the samples, we can start to mass production. It may take about 2-3 weeks.

8.Quality inspection

Our factory have professional QC to follow the orders. All products have to pass strict inspection before delivery..

9.Delivery

We will inform you to get the products or arrange to deliver them , Please make the balance payment ready.

10.After-sale service

If the products have obvious problem, you should inform us in 7 days. We will follow it immediately.
